- A units check: percentage, count per gram, count per vial

Studies by quote. Reviews by invoice or online.
Studies and feasibility checks
Step 1
Send a request with the source, the format and the number of lots.
Step 2
Within 2 business days we reply with a mutual NDA. Once it’s signed, we send a written study plan and quote.
Step 3
On your purchase order or signed quote, the lab is booked and you ship samples to it directly.
Step 4
You receive the report and the data files at the end of the study window in your plan.
Claim audits and consults
Step 1
Send a request through the contact page. Within 2 business days we reply with our engagement terms, a mutual NDA and an invoice.
Step 2
Once the NDA is signed, you send the label, the product pages, the spec sheet and the certificate of analysis.
Step 3
You receive your Consult answer within 2 business days of sending your documents, or your audit within 5 business days of receiving your documents.
Nothing confidential changes hands until the NDA is signed. For repeat studies we work under a master services agreement. If we can’t take the work because of a conflict of interest or scope, we refund the full amount. Payment is for the work, not the result.
Out of scope
We don’t work on injectable, IV or mesotherapy products, and we don’t take work from a company with a current FDA warning letter.
